Nakiri - Orange

Introducing our new Nakiri. Smaller than our chefs knife with a flat end, the Nakiri is perfect for preparing vegetables and meat. 

Handle

Our handles are made from recycled, broken boxes and crates. They are used daily to land catch at the quayside and within the food supply chain. Once damaged, they are typically destined for landfill — instead, we give them a second life.

Each box is sorted by colour before being washed, and shredded in-house. They are then carefully moulded into our knife handles. The blended waste plastic creates a natural marbling, impossible to replicate or predict, ensuring every single knife is entirely unique.

Blade

We’ve teamed up with skilled blacksmiths to handcraft each blade to our exacting specifications. Made from X50 German Stainless steel, The blade is hardened to HRC 58 for strength and sharpness.
