Shipping policy

We aim to Mould your new knives within 48Hrs of you ordering them. They must cool for 24hrs and so we aim to ship within 4 working days of your order.

Orders after 2pm on Friday will normally be filled the following Monday.

You will be sent a confirmation notice once your order has been shipped
